Been trying to figure out my training schedule and targets for 2011 now that Coast 2 Coast is over. An average week I will ride 6 to 10 hrs, run 3 to 6 hrs and kayak 2 to 4 hrs, then 1 hr kick boxing and 1 hr in the gym core training with "the dissapointed Lou Lou because I did not mention her in the last blog". I wanna get more muscle and speed.
Oh and Lou - YOU ROCK!!!!
